Marketing Terms and Conditions:
For all fee-based MLS listing services offered by R.E. Broker Direct, the Seller retains the right to sell the property listed on their own behalf to a Buyer that is not represented by, and without the procuring involvement of a Buyers Agent. Seller shall not be obligated to any commission, additional charges, or closing costs if property is sold solely by the Seller.

The Seller shall only pay the MLS listed compensation offered to a buyer agency, in the event the Buyer Agent procures and prepares a written and accepted offer to purchase to the Seller. Buyer agency commission is paid at settlement date and after a successful closing.
